[sims] SIMS current Service Status

Is this the page that shows the current status of sims services? it seems to be referred to using KB0037319 so you might have to search using that (in the future) as the link here will probably expire. We had problems with Intouch yesterday and I thought it was us (we restarted 'sims services manager' in services.msc) but now I've finally found the page (I think) it shows bad service across the board. So it may be coincidental that ours started working again. Is this the page to look at?

why don't they (or our sims software support company) alert us? We had messages sitting there that didn't go out

Yes I believe that is the correct page to look at. There is a permanent link button at the bottom of that page (https://prodess.service-now.com/csm?id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0037319) which should work when they update it.
