NetSupport DNA monitoring & alerting

I've got NetSupport DNA in place for Desktops at the moment and was wondering how well it would do for servers & networking equipment as it supports SNMP.

 

Has anyone done this and got any tips for setting it up?

 

If anyone doesn't mind sharing the alerts they've setup & any other configurations it'd be quite useful to see how it can be used.

 

I'd also be interested in what alerts people use for clients

We found the SNMP support to be at best rudimentary and it doesn't age out the data like you'd expect if you're used to RRD backends that store fewer data points per interval as you move into the past.

 

Disclaimer: We already had access to better tools for SNMP monitoring, so we may be a bit more picky.
