fiza Posted November 17, 2022 Posted November 17, 2022 I was on the phone with Biostore support yesterday whilst the engineer was remoting onto our tills. He mentioned that we seemed to be on quite an old version of Fastrak and we needed to upgrade but that upgrades were now chargeable!! We pay a yearly licence and maintenance fee but apparently upgrades are not included anymore. I guess since IRIS took over! Anyone else using Biostore that was aware of this?
