The IT Services Delivery Manager will take overall responsibility for the delivery of first-and second-line support services to the Schools within the Trust. They will be responsible for end user focused hardware, software and services, the management of delivery of new end user hardware, systems and services.

The successful candidate will be an IT professional with strong staff management expertise and with ‘people skills’ to inspire, motivate and challenge. This will mean successfully leading and empowering team members through projects and performing line management duties day-to-day to maintain operations.

The individual should be looking for service improvements, challenge status quo, have the ability and flexibility be innovative and bring about the required change.
