Where is Bromcom getting these "extra" roles from?

We don't know where to find all the extra roles/information. I will explain with this example, 'Teachers role - Classroom teacher' is in the contract but we don't know how to generate/where to edit the other two: Teacher - specialties, Head of x etc. Thank you for your help.

There is were we get the 'Teachers role - Classroom teacher', but the other two roles are not under contracts, hence the question.

Groups change to subject group?

 

You can add and remove membership there.

As Jaan said, you can try changing the Group type to Subject or Year Group to find the other roles that are pulling through for this staff member. If you are new to Bromcom, I would also recommend joining the community where you can interact with lots of other Bromcom users for tips, best practices and general questions - if you PM your name and School name I can get you an invitation code.

Thanks. I am closer to understand this, I find the groups but the staff membership details are not consistant or I cannot find them properly searching in the group Subject or Year Group. Tried to simulate membership with a test staff member to see if it would show new roles with any luck. I am not aware if the information is being pulled from a report either. I am in the Bromcom Community so will ask and investigate further given your tips.
