[bromcom] Tool to convert KS2 scaled scores to fine levels

Hi

I need to convert Key Stage 2 scaled scores to KS2 fine levels for the purposes of using the KS4 attainment dashboard. In previous years I’ve used an app which originated from the TES (https://www.tes.com/teaching-resource/scaled-score-to-fine-level-conversion-and-attainment-8-changes-2016-19-12405878 ). Would anyone know if the scales contained within are still current? If not, is there a similar tool incorporating the current scales which I could use?

We are currently working on applying the new DfE specs to the KS4 Dashboard so that it works automatically from the scaled scores held within CTF Assessment.

 

Until this is in place, you will need to convert the SS to FPS if you want to use progress measures with the KS4 Dashboard. I'm told there are resources out there to assist with this until we have the above in place.
