It's an idea ahead of its time. Or at least it was back in the early 90's, when Craig Charles was presenting CyberZone on BBC2, in the Def II slot after Neighbours.

I read that in school as an exam text and was captivated. Amazing predictions of future technologies in it! (Some not invented until well after I left school)
