This is a key role within the school which compromises of two roles which are closely linked. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the coordination of external examinations and the accuracy and security of the School’s MIS throughout The School. Exam Officer responsibilities include · Coordinating exam entries for all candidates · Collecting, checking and submitted coursework in accordance with regulations · Managing the running of exams including producing exam timetables and seating plans · Overseeing the receipt and checking of certificates Data Manager · To manage and administer MIS database and associated integration with other data solutions · To administer the assessment, tracking and reporting process for over 1,100 students. · Timetable publication across all three schools Person Specification · Education to at least Degree Level · Previous experience with MIS Solutions (preferably iSAMS) · Proven understanding of database management, development and programming languages (SQL, SSRS, ODBC etc.) · Experience of examination process and administration would be ideal, but not required. Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 8:30 – 5pm Monday to Friday Salary range £28,500 - £30,534 per annum (dependent upon experience) Closing date: 9am 7th November Interviews W/C 14th November.
