A much overlooked talent. Loved him since the early days of seeing him in The Young Ones and The Comic Strip. I was quite shocked to see he could also do real drama in Cracker.

I must admit, I was somewhat surprised (although perhaps I shouldn't be) by the BBC's headline mourning the loss of "Harry Potter star" ....

 

He was in a great number of other productions, many of which made him a household name long before 'Potter!' Despite massive success, it does feel almost as if it's cheapening his other achievements to list him as a HP star. But I guess that's modern media headlines.
