I cannot seem to get the URL correct to be able to scan into a Teams channel. Scanning to the route of the Team site works, but the channel gives a URL that Papercut just doesn't seem to like.

This works: https://tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/Finance_Team/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx

But this does not: https://tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/Finance_Team/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx?FolderCTID=0x012000BD632C472E93E9458BAAF51B534E124D&id=%2Fsites%2FTCAT%2DFinance%5FTeam%2FShared%20Documents%2FScans&viewid=38a8e550%2Dbab7%2D4223%2D8a8a%2D9dc3132fd8f5

Also tried this which works in browser: https://tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/Finance_Team/Shared%20Documents/Scans

Has anyone done this and managed to figure out the correctly formatted URL?

Hi there snagrat – PaperCutter Brenda here! Unfortunately we don't have much documented on this, but if you'd be willing to open a ticket with our support team, we'd be happy to dive in with you. Just email [email protected].

Here's everything we have from the manual, in case you want to try self-serving a bit:• SharePointDocument Library URL—(SharePoint Online only) type the URL of the document library in which you want the scan jobs delivered. When using sub-sites, you need to specify the hierarchy, for example: https://companyname.sharepoint.com/sites/melbourne/Invoices/AllItems.aspx• Your URL might look more complex than this example, but PaperCut NG/MF will work out the correct path if you copy the entire URL.

NOTE

• Maximum length is 1000 characters.• If you want to scan to more than one document library, just set up multiple Scan Actions that each point to a different document library, such as one for invoices and another for forms.

Hope that helps! And again, please feel free to contact support directly.

I’ve tried scanning from PaperCut to a document library within a SharePoint site before and haven’t been able to get it to work.

The comment Brenda made originates from their documentation: https://www.papercut.com/help/manuals/ng-mf/applicationserver/device-mf-scanning-configure/. It seems to suggest it is possible, and I’ve tried the exact format documented there but it didn’t work for me.

I also logged a ticket with Sharp who support our PaperCut and they said it wasn’t possible..

Too late?

We are migrating so this was a requirement:

I had this links not working initially, Library folder and subfolder ;

https://yourdomain.sharepoint.com/sites/Repro/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx?FolderCTID=0x012000EE9FF102EEB31B47938FC6F86AB5DCD3&id=%2Fsites%2FRepro%2FShared%20Documents%2FScans

https://yourdomain.sharepoint.com/sites/Repro/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx?id=%2Fsites%2FRepro%2FShared%20Documents%2FGeneral%2FScans&newTargetListUrl=%2Fsites%2FRepro%2FShared%20Documents&viewpath=%2Fsites%2FRepro%2FShared%20Documents%2FForms%2FAllItems%2Easpx

Then tested their top level one from the example to another site, to test our setup:

Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx/

This worked, but oddly enough the above links started working too.

Not sure why, will see confirm if works for the staff too.

Thanks,
