Chromebook Printing

Hi all

 

Not sure if this is right place for this post - Apologies in advance if it is

 

I have setup papercut cloud printing for chromebooks and all works ok. I have only published follow me printing.

 

But in the chromebook i can see all other printers too which i have not published. Only 2 has the icon mobility print. Others seems to not have them.

 

Is there a way we can remove those printers? As dont want staff/students to print via those, only follow me printers

How are your Chromebooks connected to your network? Are they on a separate VLAN?

Nope, they sadly on same vlan at present

I think that probably explains it. Try logging them in using a mobile hotspot or from another network and see what shows up then.
