Kyle Posted October 4, 2022 Posted October 4, 2022 We use NRS for our cashless catering, since the new year 7's started and photos added to Sims the seems to be a issue with the photos appearing on the tills? Does anyone know how to force the photos over to the tills?
lmrogers Posted October 4, 2022 Posted October 4, 2022 On the SIMS server there should be the trust-e SIMS Extractor, you might need to run that and just tick the Send Photos box and hit communicate now. That should then send it across to the cashless system. 1
JJonas Posted October 4, 2022 Posted October 4, 2022 On your Trust-e server you should have a sync tool running. On the sync tool I believe you click Get Pupils and select Extract Photos on the next dialogue box 1

I've tried that now and it fails with ''Login failed for user NETWORK\USER'' (POPULATED WITH A USER ON OUR NETWORK) i can't seem to find that settign anywhere - even though i knwo the user and password has not been changed
Kyle Posted October 4, 2022 Author Posted October 4, 2022 All sorted now, thank for your prompt replies.

Are you able to connect to that path from the server? Also is there a specific domain users that NRS use to run the tool, if so that might be the only account they setup with permissions to access the share on their cashless side?
