Google Form Add On - Choice Removal

To those who are using Google Forms or have access to a Google form, what do you use for Choice Removal?

 

We used to use the Add On Choice Removal but it seems that it has been pulled from the Add On store and trying to get others to work is proving difficult. Thing is, Choice Removal just used to work.

 

EDIT: Choice Limit Choice Limiter Choice Remove Removal seems to work however it's not as quick as Choice Removals.

If anyone else is looking for a Choice Removal add-on for Google Forms, i found that Choice Limit Choice Limiter Choice Remove Removal did NOT work.
