SIMS Capita home page - panels - form groups not accurate

Good morning - if anyone can help hopefully it's something simple I'm missing

On the SIMS homepage, when you add your own panels, I have added attendance data graphs, but when I select a graph for different forms and drill into it, the class lists are showing lots of other students from different form groups. I have double checked only one form is ticked.

This is for attendance from September...

The form groups do change through the year as we move them around alot, so wondering if this is the issue.

Any advice welcome.

I wasn't but it hasn't made a difference when I have updated to the current year...When I double click on the current, authorised and unauthorised, it's not even the same names for each bar.
