Alawil Posted September 30, 2022 Posted September 30, 2022 Hi Does anyone know if it’s possible to change the ‘from’ when messages are received by parents, it currently shows a specific mobile phone number rather than ‘xyz school’?
RichP Posted October 1, 2022 Posted October 1, 2022 I don't think it's possible with their SMS provider. You can set a signature to add automatically to the end of each SMS though under School -> Communications -> Setup -> SMS Settings.
