SOLUS3 - Error Deploying

Hi all,

 

Quick one I'm hoping someone has seen before - when going to deploy SIMS clients (SOLUS3 > Environment > Targets > Clients > Add > SIMS > Choose Clients > Active Directory) I get the following error: "Error in computer selection. The user name or password is incorrect".

 

I know those Domain Admin credentials are correct, and have tried launching the SOLUS3 UI as both Local Admin and Domain Admin and it doesn't seem to make a difference. I've opened a ticket with EES Support, but not super hopeful given previous experience...

 

Any suggestions?

Have you entered the credentials as domain\username? It won't work otherwise.

Haha yes I have! Remembered that little trick already...
