Sibelius Ultimate sluggish on Windows 11

Good morning,

Has anyone else had complaints of Sibelius Ultimate running slowly or sluggish since moving to Windows 11? I've upgraded the RAM from 4 to 16, initially thinking that was holding it back and updated the drivers but its still not great and has a notable pause (pun?) when adding notes.

No problems last year on the same i3, 9th gen under Windows 10 but this year it's just not going well. I updated to the latest version of Sibelius Ultimate yesterday and still the problem persists so looking for help or suggestions.
