Hi all,

We have just moved from the traditional SAN/Server setup to new Nodes running Storage Spaces Direct in a Hyper-V Cluster.

We are now having spots of network slowdown which I think is being caused by our redirected AppData server, as that server becomes very slow when this is happening. Users experience buffering as if the desktop freezes with a circle spinning on word etc. Lasts anywhere from 5 secs to 2 minutes in some cases.

We had no problems on the old hardware.

Anyone come across this before?

Many Thanks

Ian

Update, looks like the Disk Queue length for the VHD with Redirected AppData on it is reaching 100+ on occasions which must be what is causing it.
