Creating extra class with changing supervision

Hi

Some pupils KS3 have private study during a timetabled lesson for the rest of their class. They spend this time in the school library supervised by a different member of staff each time.

 

How can I create a group on SIMS to reflect this?

Standard way of doing this is to use the Alternative curriculum functionality, as you would for withdrawl groups.

It needs some modification of the timetable though, so really needs to be done in conjnction with your timetabler.
