Anyone on VDSL with Exa having speed problems?

As title,

 

I wondered if anyone on Exa with VDSL were having speed problems? A couple of our sites (2 out of 7 as far as I can tell) have speeds so bad it is unusable at present (around 1-2mb!). Exa struggling to get to the bottom of it and feel pretty helpless on it at the minute.

 

Wondered if others were having the same issue which may help them identify the cause...

Have you checked your sync speeds to see if it's a local BT problem rather than an ISP problem? if its sync speeds then a fault should be raised with Openreach and they can try a line reset.

 

If its the path of the wholesale carrier then Exa will need to raise with them (I think they use Zen and Talk Talk but I may be wrong).

Sorry... should have added sync speeds seem fine on both routers - but real world speeds were not. I have just run a speed test and both now seem to be behaving. Not sure if this is something Exa have sorted over the weekend - or was a BT issue - but we will see what happens tomorrow.
