talksr Posted August 29, 2022 Posted August 29, 2022 Hi everyone, happy bank holiday. We have been having issues over the past few months accessing our ReadyNas Duo V2 NAS drives using our browsers. We can access the shares, but cannot get onto the NAS management pages to actually manage the device. The errors we get are as follows: It seems that browser technology has progressed and the NAS has not. I am quite sure we kept our NAS OS up to date, but can't even check as not able to get on. I have tried Chrome, Edge, Reload in IE mode but nothing works. I have a mac, and if I try in Safari, eventually, I can get it to load the page, but it goes no further than showing the ReadyNAS loading Dashboard image and never progresses. Has anyone had any luck at gaining access to the management web interface on these? Thanks in advance.
3s-gtech Posted August 29, 2022 Posted August 29, 2022 It uses an SSL or TLS version that you have set to disable on the client you’re connecting with. You should be able to toggle this on then back off when you need to connect to it. https://www.digicert.com/kb/ssl-support/disabling-browser-support-ssl-v3.htm 2
