renaming Excel files saved to document library - Power Automate?

I have a SharePoint document library with an Excel file set as the template for this library.

When people create a new form it gets saved with the default filename of Book.xlsx. Subsequent files are then named book1, book2, etc..

 

Is there a way I can use Power Automate to get the filename and modify it? Maybe 5 minutes after the file is created would work well.

Ideally it would get the filename from a cell within the Excel file is possible. If that can't be done, can it just be named after the person who created it?

 

Has anyone else accomplished something like this?
