Dell Latitude 3520 Office Issues

Strange one...We have a new fleet of laptops going from HP ProBooks to Dell Latitude 3520s.Using the same Autopilot build as before, no real changes. Tested all the laptops etc before deployment.4 of the 6 new users so far have had issues with 1) Outlook stuck on loading profile, 2)Teams file tab just stuck spinning and 3)Not being able to save to OneDrive/Sharepoint

 

Restart normally fixes this but then comes back again after another power cycle or 2. What's even more confusing is we pushed out 4 new Surface pro 7+ same build and had 0 issues.Drivers all up to date on the Dell, Windows and Office up to date, BIOS up to date. Currently uninstalling all the Dell bloatware to see if that is the cause but clutching at straws a bit.Anyone have any idea what's going on!

Looks like the issue was the pre-installed Dell Optimzer software.....
