Anyone using Squidcard as a payment system?

If anyone is with squidcard do you have a phone number I could ring them on? We have been with sQuid for a number of years but their support side seems to have gone downhill recently. Our tickets get very slow replies and i have no contact details for our Account Manager as I have never needed to contact them but now I want to complain about the lack of service.

That would be great! As I say it is only recently it's been bad, they were really good before. It's as if they have been taken over IRIS!

Coincidently I have just received a newsletter from sQuid which includes a number to ring for school urgent queries. Rang the number and it seems to go to someones mailbox as an automated message states "please enter your mailbox number"!!! Ring again and there is not even a dial tone. Very strange and frustrating!

 

Who are you moving to?

Thanks. Tried that number but it either gives no ring tone at all or goes straight to ‘enter your mailbox number’ when I try it again. Very strange!!

Sorry to Necrothread this, but are they still really bad?

 

We are currently comparing online payment systems, but have some requirements that are a bit unusual (PFI, Subcontractors etc etc) but sQuid looked pretty good, and not expensive.
