HP ProCurve Modules

Hi all,

 

Bit of a plea for help here - I'm trying to make some short-term improvements to one of my sites, by reusing an old HP 8212zl as a core switch. Unfortunately, I only have 1 working 24p SFP module (J8706A) left - does anyone have some lying around going spare that I can pinch/purchase? As I have been quoted over £500 each by my usual supplier - which is a bit steep for something that is supposed to be a short-term low cost win.

I've bought ZL modules for less than £200 each on Ebay before now - that was with a 30 day warranty but they were unregistered with HP. Worth a look, if you can.

Yes definitely checking eBay too, there's some options on there which is a relief! Figured I'd ask around anyway, I know I prefer old kit going to a good cause rather than just recycling/waste.
