IT Support Generalist

8.30am-5.30pm Term time, 9am to 5pm during Foundation holidays

Salary Band 3 Spine C - £25,833-£27,710 per annum

 

We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced IT Support Generalist to provide efficient and effective 2^nd line IT support to the Aldenham Foundation inclusive of hardware systems, software applications and all other computer related configurations.

 

Successful candidates should have proven experience and relevant IT skills inclusive of knowledge of full range of Microsoft products.

Good communication skills, the ability to work well within a team to tight deadlines and a commitment to ensuring technical issues are completed in a timely manner are essential.
