Dabs.com contact

I purchased a piece of hardware for work (graphics card) but it unfortunately is not compatible with the intended computer. I can't really organise a return via the admin staff who deal with orders as she is on leave so I'm trying to deal with it myself.

 

Has anyone got an actual telephone number for Dabs - preferrably for returns? I can't deal with it online as we have too many orders through Dabs for all of the departments in the school.

as far as I know its web only contact with Dabs

 

with the last 2 purchases we've made fom dabs its been web based chat if we had any questions / queries.

 

I have to admit that when I did do a web chat with them they were very efficient, but I must admit I would prefer a phone converstaion too

Dunno because we use dabs4work.com which is all one and the same but have an account manager and phone contact for them.

 

It's against distance selling regs to not publish contact details including a phone number.
