File Icons in Moodle

Hi Guys,

 

We recently upgraded our Moodle installation to V4.0.1+ & since then, all files are displaying with the default icon rather than one that shows the file-type as they did before.

 

 

I've dug through the menus but can't find a way to get back to the File Type icons as they were before. Moodle is aware of the file types & the icons appear under Site Administration>Server>File Types.

Has anyone else run into this & found an option to turn these back on?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
