ICT/SENIOR ICT TECHNICIAN

Full-time Term Time only

Start date :1 September 2022

Grade : JM04- JM06 £19,624 -£25,927 PRO-RATA TO CONTRACT

Actual salary range £16,775 - £22,162

 

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic person to support the ICT infrastructure across the School. The main purpose of the role is to assist the ICT Network Manager in ensuring the continuous delivery of reliable ICT resources for both curriculum and administrative use; and the provision of technical advice and support for IT related activities. These include the VoIP phone system, CCTV, Access controls and VI display.

 

The successful person will have detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office and M365 and experience of networking in a Windows environment. You will also have

experience of customer service, ideally in a Help Desk or ICT support environment. You will possess a level 3 qualification in technical or numerate subjects (or

equivalent qualifications).
