Vista Or Real player Problem

HI i have a member of staff with a Windows Vista Sony Viao laptop and when she plays video clips with real player only the first clip plays even though you could have selected the last clip.

Any ideas folks, I have looked at this problem and cant see anything obvious, but I have only used Vista a hand full of times so i could have missed something.

to be absolutely frank, another video player would be the first thing.

 

Realplayer is awful. always has been, always will be.

 

what format are the clips in?

i have converted the video files to play in Windows Media Player instead of Real Player. thanks for the reply with suggestions

Why not try the Real Alternative codec pack?

Or VLC, it can open *some* real types sometimes.
