About you: We are looking for an individual with upwards of 5 years’ experience working in IT support, with experience of providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support. We are looking for a someone who can take ownership of problems but also is a team player who is able to provide support to students, teaching staff, fellow IT staff. The successful candidate should show excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate easily, clearly, and politely with end-users with various levels of IT literacy.
