Exporting data from CPOMS

We are migrating from WCBS to iSAMS and currently use CPOMS as a pastoral system. We need to extract the data from CPOMS to upload to iSAMS Wellbeing Manager using an Excel template. Populating the template shouldn't be an issue but can't seem to find out how we can get our data from CPOMS. Anyone else already done this and could advise please?
