Theldron Posted May 18, 2022 Posted May 18, 2022 Hi all, Hope you are well. When I came to my school, they did not enable windows firewalls. We have done this now, but now we are having a few issues with SCCM and accessing the separate SQL server. What are the SCCM/SQL ports that I need to add to the firewall? When I am trying to do an SCCM update, the prerequisites failed are: SQL Server Service running account Site Server computer account administrative rights Domain Membership Unsupported Site server operating system version In the logs I get this: ERROR:Can not get sql instance regkey. ERROR:Failed to get Sql edition, Sql Server I believe this is firewall blocks. Any help would be appreciated.
