Snipping Tool

Hi all

 

I am building new images for Windows 10 21H2 both SAC and LTSC releases. The snipping too appears to be broken on both the LTSC and SAC versions, I am able to resolve the issue on the LTSC release using the fix at the below link but the same does not work for the SAC release. Does anyone know of a fix for the SAC release? Essentially I am finding that pen shortcuts do not work...
