Google Business Profile

Hi all,

 

Years ago I took over our school's business page on Google. A few months ago I decided that whilst we don't use Google services as a school, I should probably register with it so that I can control our domain within it and no-one else can claim it somehow. Since then, I can't manage my Google Business page. It says;

 

You don't have access to this service. To request access, contact the administrator for your organization’s Google services.

I have turned on literally every service for my account I think as initially I couldn't access maps etc. but now can, but it's still blocking me. Any thoughts please as I am apparently going to lose access to it in seven days now if I don't log in.

Do you need Google Analytics turned on for this?

Absolutely no idea, I'm not a Googler. Like I say, I simply signed up so that I knew the school "owned" the domain and could control people's accounts if we ever needed to.
