IT Support Technician

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

£21,647 - £25,897 per annum

 

City College Norwich is seeking an IT Technician to work across its sites supporting staff and students in the use of systems and equipment.

 

You should be proficient in the installation and troubleshooting of IT hardware and experienced in the use of Microsoft 365 products.

 

You will require good problem-solving skills and be willing to develop your expertise further through training and accreditation.
