Opportunity in Learning & Enterprise College Bexley

This apprenticeship would ideally suit anyone who is keen to become involved in IT systems at Bexley’s local education college.

This apprenticeship opportunity will provide experience in IT, administration, customer service and information governance in order to meet the needs of both the organisation and apprenticeship standard. Under supervision the trainee will provide day-to-day support and assistance in a wide range of areas of work undertaken by the department.

The ideal candidate will want to learn about bespoke IT systems, managing data, handling records include data protection and GDPR and must have an eye for attention to detail.

The organisation will fully support you to work towards a level 3 IT Data Technician qualification. An apprenticeship is a great way to learn on and off the job. 80% of your working week will be learning on the job and 20% off the job.

Hi everyone,

 

This is a new exciting post at the Learning and Enterprise College, the apprenticeship is currently a Level 3 but we would be looking to make this a possible career graded role that would progress onto a Level 4 and possibly a degree level for the right candidate. It would be suited to someone wanting to learn SQL, SSRS and Power BI with links to more corporate level enquiries for the London Borough of Bexley. There is some cross over with the IT department and Exams department as part of this role.
