MatthewL Posted April 14, 2022 Posted April 14, 2022 Does anyone have a SNOM PA1 on their network? Speakers on ours works but when we call the number it doesn't work, any suggestions?
dhicks Posted April 18, 2022 Posted April 18, 2022 Does anyone have a SNOM PA1 on their network? Yes - we have it set to receive broadcast data, it's used as a PA speaker alongside our phone system. I don't think we set it up with its own phone number, so I'm probably not going to be much help here. Things to maybe check: is there an "auto answer" option in the settings somewhere that needs selecting? Are you sure the device is on the same VLAN / network segment as the phones and/or controller?
MatthewL Posted April 18, 2022 Author Posted April 18, 2022 Yeah its on the same network, nothing has changed, think its phone system side but the support company has conveniently lost the details for the onside server. The only thing has changed is that it got a new IP address as its on DHCP and we changed something there but all on the same scope and on the same range as before.

My guess is that you'll need to tell the PBX the new IP address of the device so it knows where to route calls.
