Some of our staff are struggling to sign into their Outlook client at home, the login box keeps appearing even when correct credentials are used.

Outlook will connect absolutely fine when in school, but as soon as they connect at home, Outlook doesn't want to play ball. I'm assuming this is an issue with Smoothwall Cloud Filter, but I could be wrong?

I've tried disabling caching proxy settings via GPO, but that hasn't resolved the issue. Of course, it doesn't affect everyone, and when I connect affected machines to my 4G hotspot in school, it works as expected . This has been an issue for a week or so now, ever since the proxy service on the Smoothwall crashed and I needed to restart it.

Ignore me, a case of one event happening (Smoothwall proxy reboot) at roughly the same time as another (implementing Conditional Access). Conditional access couldn't judge where the Outlook sign in was coming from, and so blocked it, so I've turned off blocking from unknown countries/regions for now.
