Brother MFC-9460CDN issues

Hi,

 

I am working at a school and their office printer seems to print really weird. Could someone be able to give me any ideas on what the issue is and how to resolve it?

 

Changed the toner - so it wont be that.

 

I have calibrated the printer and even taken out the parts to check if there was any residue but I couldn't see any.

 

Could it be the fuser, transfer belt or imaging drum?

I'm no printer expert (all ours have service agreements thankfully), but the first few random internet results certainly suggest the transfer belt/belt cleaner...
