Anyone have any knowledge of Behaviour Watch?

 

One of our schools is saying that BehaviourWatch wants a student export csv file? Does anyone know how to do this from ESS SIMS .net?

Our BW syncs with SIMS via a python program for student names etc. Not heard of using a csv. Do they mean a CTF?

I got the school to contact BW yet again and we've finally deduced that they use Groupcall’s trusted Xporter on demand data sync, so it's all sorted now. Why they initially asked for a .csv file, I will never know!
