Google Drive iPad app update

Is anyone able to test the Google Drive iPad app for me. An update was released yesterday and we've found this morning that students are unable to use it as it comes up with a message saying they don't have access to the service. Signing in via the browser works fine. It's only when they use the new updated version of the Google Drive app. I suspect it has something to do with students as their OUs are marked as users under the age of 18.

Same thing here. I can confirm it's an under 18 OU and the issue did not present on app version 4.2022.10203

I've had quite a few people confirm it on the MAC admins slack group. People are reporting it to google so hopefully fixed soon.

We are having the same issue. We just reached out to a Google support person they said that an update should be out within 24 hours.

They released an update for the Google Drive app that fixes the issue: Google Drive 4.2022.12400
