Chromebook - Bug Club - Access denied error

All the pupils in KS2 have a Chromebook, there are 2 classes per year group. In each class there are about 4 Chromebooks that cant access the Bug Club login page.

 

They get the following error,

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access http://www.activelearnprimary.co.uk on this server.

 

Bug Club / Active Learn will not offer any help as Chromebooks are not on their recommended hardware list.

 

All the Chromebooks have the same settings deployed from Google Workspace, and all other pupils can access the page.

 

Any ideas?

Ultimately? If they're not willing to support the tools you use, then don't support the product - ultimately.
