Hi All,

We started using Office 365 about 18 months ago, I spent a few hours getting our Konica Minolta copiers setup to scan to email using SMTP. This has worked flawlessly right up until Monday morning when all of the copiers stopped sending emails.

Every attempt caused a 535 error which appears to be an authentication problem.

The first thing I did was login to the O365 account I use for SMTP to make sure the password hadn't expired. I tried my own O365 account but that failed to send, I created a new O365 account and that failed as well.

I created a new gmail account and that worked perfectly.

Is anyone aware of any changes to SMTP Microsoft have made recently that could be causing the problem?
