iPads keep connecting to old MDM

We have a new different MDM with spare licenses, the ipads were set up and failed with the old MDM which stopping at the "don't have enough license" page.

 

I have changed the MDM assigned to the new iPads in apple manager and in the new MDM i have assigned the setting, but the iPads still look like it they are stuck on the old MDM, is they a way to reset them from the setup.

You will need to wipe the iPads and set them up again so they get the new profiles from the new mdm.
