NIC Teaming BSOD

Building 2 new 2022 Hosts.

 

When i use the cmd : New-VMSwitch -Name SETswitch -NetAdapterName "SLOT 6 PORT 1","SLOT 8 PORT 1","SLOT 2 PORT 1" -EnableEmbeddedTeaming $true

 

I get an instant vmswitch.sys BSOD, i tried with the AllowLbfo syntax but that causes it also.

 

Only happens when cables are plugged into the host... anyone come across this? I can create them via the GUI in server manager but Hyper-V complains they are not the new SET type and won't allow me to create a virtual switch.

 

All NICs are the same model and up to date : QLogic BCM57810 10 Gigabit Ethernet
