Hi

 

We purchased the above device for students with language difficulties. The problem I have is that when it connects to our WiFi (thru LGFL) the unit doesnt work :-( When connecting via a mobile hotspot the unit works fine.

 

I have the MAC address and IP address but unable to find the ports that are required to let traffic through.

 

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Does LGfL have a transparent proxy feature? If you don't need to configure a proxy setting then most devices will work. If you do have transparent proxying then you might be you have to find out what domains to allow through the filtering.
