iVMS - Where is user data stored?

Previosuly using iVMS we would configure the default setup using an admin account (or import the user settings logged in as an admin account) and then when other users logged in they picked up the same config.

 

I am trying to get the new version (iVMS-4200 3.7.0.5) working but when I log-on as a user it no longer picks up the settings. This makes me think they have moved the settings to a per-user AppData or registry but I cannot find ANYTHING. Anyone managed to get this working? We don't have the software on a lot of computers (just two as outlined in our CCTV policy) but multiple users do access the comptuer.

Somewhere in ProgramData I think.... but really what you want to know is how to have multiple windows users access the software on that machine.

 

The solution is to use Task Scheduler to launch the server component at boot time running as a Local System. Import the configuration into that, and then it is available for all users of the computer (who must be in the local Administrators group)
