kevin_lane Posted February 22, 2022 Posted February 22, 2022 so been testing some mailbox and noticed that when I send a test email from my personal account outlook it goes into the junk, but when its from the school it goes into the inbox (which should be right ) but don't understand why it would treat outlook.com as junk ?
Boredguy Posted February 22, 2022 Posted February 22, 2022 Because outlook.com, hotmail.com etc are often used by people as throwaway accounts for spam mail since they are easy to setup.
SpaceInvader83 Posted February 22, 2022 Posted February 22, 2022 Unsure if 365 is similar to Google on this front but it may well be recognising that an account on your tenant has similar details eg forenamesurname in address and marking it as suspicious.
