Asus Chromebook C214M - 4 will not turn on. Any ideas?

We now have 4 Chromebooks that will not turn on. They all have a white LED on the side that is is lit, but hitting the power button does nothing.

 

If I plug them in on the charger the white light turns amber, so they are charging.

 

Any ideas?

Try putting them into recovery mode... Press and hold Esc + Refresh , then press Power.
